Postcards from my dad: Keith

In a time when families are broken down, blended up and statistically you are more likely to be missing a solid father figure in your life, we decided to ask some of our friends who we think make great dads, spiritually, biologically, to the church, and to the student generation, to write to you. So just in case your dad never got to speak into your life in the way you'd hoped, here's a postcard from dad to you.

Wherever you are and whatever you are feeling can I remind you that our God is Eternal i.e, has known you from before you were even conceived and will always know you. More than this He Loves you more than you can imagine, whatever you do, whatever you have done and whatever you will do.

Just keep going and being faithful, enjoy the journey of growing up and seeing God's plans for you unfold, don’t be afraid of mistakes or failures you will grow the most in these as you will experience God's love the most at these times as opposed to the good times.

Take faithful risks, be true to your calling ( and if you don’t know what your calling is yet keep seeking this as a faithful servant of God).

Trust me when you get to my age and look back over your life you will be amazed and thrilled to see all of God’s provision for you.
