FUSION IS A STUDENT MISSION MOVEMENT. FUSION'S GROWTH IS FUELLED BY MANY KINGDOM MINDED INDIVIDUALS BEING INVITED TO PARTNER AND PARTICIPATE IN THIS VISION.

All Fusion team members raise their salary. They are responding to God's call and need a team around them who support, encourage and pray for them. This is not only good for that team member in confirming their calling to the role, it is also the momentum behind the movement and we believe it is also good for you. Will you be part of their team?

For the past 8 years I have been working with, training and pastoring Students and Young Adults across the world, including New Zealand, Northern Ireland and Nepal.

When I attended university to study Theology, my childhood faith was rocked. It got asked some serious university type questions. The faith that I had carried in my younger years was usurped by so many new concepts and challenges, to which it nearly fell apart completely. But, God was incredibly good to me, I realised that He wasn’t afraid of those questions and doubts.

Realising this, I became rooted in a local church where I was able to figure out some of those big questions with their student worker, who showed great patience towards me and helped re-form my faith once again.

Over the years of student ministry that I have experienced, I truly see this time of life as one of the most pivotal and shaping. In this role as Student Mission Developer, I want to see students empowered by the Holy Spirit to accomplish the things that Jesus has called them to. To become worshippers and culture shapers. To speak up and advocate for those who cannot speak up for themselves and to bring the Good News of the Gospel to the campuses and spheres of influence that they occupy.

Thank you so much for being willing to partner with me in this Kingdom work.
