STN is all about making connections. We want to connect with God, each other and the wider world. As a church we operate across multiple sites in Norwich. First and foremost, we are followers of Jesus who want to serve God and make Him known. We meet together to worship, pray and grow closer together, offering support and friendship to one another. We want to play our part in the evangelisation of the nation, the revitalisation of the church and the transformation of society.

St Barnabas’ (Russell Street, NR2 4QT)

What do we do for students?

We meet every Thursday night at the Mitre (coffee shop next to STN) for a student night! We also have Table groups which meet at peoples’ homes for a deeper pursuit of God in community. There are fun events to look forward to throughout the year, including our Student Weekend Away, Christmas Party, Men’s Day and more!

Students are also welcome to serve on our teams across church such as worship, tech, children's and youth groups and many more. STN run Alpha courses regularly - students are welcome to attend and help with the course as we reach out. There are also opportunities to get involved with Love Your Neighbour and our church coffee shop, the Mitre, where you can be trained as a barista. If you like sports, our charity Sports Factory deliver lessons and lunch clubs in local primary schools where there are opportunities for part-time jobs too.
