About us
We are a friendly international community located in the centre of Aberdeen. As the only Methodist congregation in Aberdeen, we welcome Methodists from around the world, but in many ways we are non-denominational, with a rich diversity of church traditions joining us. Following recent renovations, we are developing our local mission, as we seek to express our faith in Jesus Christ in fresh ways in the city of Aberdeen, and through our links to the worldwide church. Our worship is a blend of traditional and contemporary, and we are committed to discipleship and evangelism in our locality and among the student community.
What do we do for students?
YAF (Young Adult Fellowship) meets weekly for prayer, worship, bible study and discipleship.
Fortnightly Student lunches held at the church .
Monthly “Explore” events for relaxed café-style evangelism, leading to an Alpha course. We also arrange social events for YAF and for the whole church.
Each year we have a YAF weekend away in the beautiful Scottish countryside.
