At City Church Sheffield we love having students part of our family. We are a diverse group of individuals brought together by God into His family, with the Bible and the Holy Spirit at our heart. We want to bless students while they’re in Sheffield. Students will be trained for life, leadership and be prepared for whatever God leads them to post-university. Students at City Church will:

 Develop their own faith
 Discover more of their freedom in Jesus
 Deepen their friendships with other Christians

What do we do for students?

During the Autumn term we will gather students midweek to eat together, digest teaching from the Word, and encourage one another.

We will also enjoy lunch together after the Sunday morning meeting, often being hosted by families in the church.

We will have social events throughout the term to which students will be encouraged to bring guests.

As a church we seek to support the university Christian Unions in their aim to reach unsaved students.

Our Sunday meetings are at 10:30am at the Jubilee Centre. Our primary purpose at this meeting is to worship Jesus together as a family and to hear from the Word of God.

At 7:30 on Sunday evenings we gather as a whole church to worship and pray. On these occasions we press into God seeking His will for our church and for Sheffield.
