A bit more...

St Nic's is a city-centre, Evangelical, Charismatic, Anglican church, called to serve Nottingham and make disciples for Jesus. We come from a wide range of backgrounds; we are people of all ages and we work hard for unity across the churches in our city. We are passionately committed to seeing transformation in individuals and communities through the Good News of Jesus, through welcoming people into authentic Christian community and through training in discipleship. Prayer is at the heart of all we do. We aim to be real, generous, welcoming and truthful.

We love welcoming students from both universities. Whether you consider yourself a Christian or not, you are so welcome to come, explore and be a part of both the church-wide family and community of students here.

What do we do for students?

REGULAR RHYTHMS

· Communities (Various Days)
The main way we do life together as a church is in Communities – multi-generational, mid-sized groups where we encourage one another to love God, love one another and love the world. We usually meet weekly to eat together, read the Bible, serve Jesus together and welcome new people. Our Communities offer a significant place of belonging and growth for our students and so we encourage all students to be part of one. You can here more about our Communities and how to get into one at our Get Connected night on 19th October 2022.

· After Hours (Sundays)
Join us after the 6.30 service as we go to the pub for a catch up and drink - whether you prefer a pint, something soft or even a hot chocolate!

· Globe Café (Mondays | 7.30pm)
A specific space for international students to feel at home, meet other students, play games and enjoy a variety of (free) food and drinks!
