The church started in 2018 with a dream to reach students and play our part to see God's Kingdom advance in Manchester. Since then we have grown into a family made up of students, graduates, families, seniors and everyone in between! We're a family who love Jesus and we'd love to welcome you to be part of it.

We meet on Sunday mornings at 10.30am, at a venue really close to Whitworth Park and Oxford Road, so it should be really easy for you to get to us. Our venue is bright yellow, so also really easy to find! At our meetings we worship Jesus, making lots of space for everyone to get involved through prayers, reading from Scripture or using spiritual gifts. Our teaching series are usually going through a book in the Bible, faithfully and thoughtfully looking at God's word together - from September we'll be starting a new series in the book of Exodus. We also have a full programme for our kids work, so there are lots of opportunity to get involved in serving on a Sunday!

As well as Sundays, midweek groups are the heart of us being family together. We run home groups on alternate weeks - there's plenty of options close to our venue and these are a place to connect a bit deeper with people in our church family. Each group is slightly different so we hope there'll be a group to suit everyone. We also gather midweek as a whole church every other week for Worship & Prayer or a Church Bible Study. Look out too for student socials, opportunities for outreach and plenty of other things going on this term and throughout the year!

What do we do for students?

We love students! We want to be a place where you can be known and loved and to help you step into all God wants you to be. University is always a time of shaping and growing into your identity - we want to help you ground your identity in Jesus as we keep learning together what it looks like to pursue him with everything that we have.

If you only choose one Sunday to visit us this term, come on Sunday 8th October for Envision - a special Sunday to welcome students. As well as our normal meeting, we'll be ordering in a load of pizza for afterwards, where we'll share a little bit about the church and you'll get to meet our student community and hear some stories of what life at Rev looks like for students!

As well as that we'll have student socials going out for food, drinks, and fun - just give us a follow on social media to keep up to speed!
