Broadmead Baptist Church

Growing in God | Running in faith | Active in service | Caring in community | Engaging in conversation

A bit more...

We are a growing community of people whose heart and passion is to love God and love people.

- We want to be purposeful, actively growing followers of Christ, who understand and use their gifts, talents, knowledge and passion to serve God in their day to day lives and spheres of influence.
- We want to be welcoming and inclusive —valuing each person from the oldest to the youngest.
- We want to be those who recognise the unchanging truth of the good news of Jesus – while also seeking to be creative and innovative in finding fresh ways to help people connect with God and grow in their faith.
- We want to be those who take seriously the great commission and seek to reach out beyond our own walls to love, serve and share the good news of the Kingdom of God with others - locally, nationally and globally.
- We want to see every individual free to be the unique person God created them to be.
- We want to be those who are learning to operate in the supernatural gifts of the Spirit to minister to others in love and power as Jesus did.

What do we do for students?

We also have various options for you to get involved and connected into the life of the church, from connect groups to different teams serving in different ways, on a Sunday and throughout the week.

Most of all, we're a family. If you're looking for a place where you feel you belong, we can promise you a warm welcome.

Get Directions

We have two gatherings that meet every Sunday. Both gatherings start with 15 minutes of refreshments, so you've got time to grab a drink, have a chat with your friends, and make new friends.

Broadmead AM | 10am - This gathering is focused on encountering God through worship and the Word. Adam Eakins heads up this gathering.

Broadmead PM | 4pm - This gathering was launched early in 2016, and despite being early in it's development, it is firmly rooted in a sense of family. It's an environment where questions and conversations are encouraged. Liz Fraser heads up this gathering.
