You only have to look at the streets of our city to see people in need - vulnerable, afraid, stressed and alone, wanting to know what love is. But there is hope.

Having encountered God’s love ourselves we believe HIS love, brought to us in Jesus, can change us and transform entire cities. This isn’t just about turning up for church on Sunday – it’s about being a movement of people beyond Sundays, building communities of love and putting church in touching distance of people’s lives.

So we’re not about a building, event or a day – we are about family and connecting with others in an everyday, accessible way. Put simply, we are just an ordinary bunch of people trying to live life to the full, whilst learning to follow Jesus and make it the most important thing we do.

We are a community of 14 little churches spread about the city. We’re passionate about putting church in touching distance of people’s lives and leading people to Jesus. We gather together from our communities on Sunday mornings at a church near the Gloucester Road. The Gloucester Road is one of the most vibrant and creative areas of the city – its also the mid-point between UWE and Bristol University.

We love to disciple students and have a method of how to disciple people which is both inviting and challenging. We are growing little churches for students, empowering them to live an attractive life and to lead others to Jesus. Each Little Church develops a monthly rhythm as well as an annual rhythm. For our student little churches, this involves attending FOCUS, as we are part of the wider HTB network of churches.

We long to see this city changed by Jesus and we know that starts with us. So if you’re up for being changed, then come along and check us out!

10.30AM – WEEKLY GATHERING (WITH KIDS CHURCH & YOUTH)

The 10.30am is a great space to encounter God in celebration and as we learn from the Bible and one another. We begin by worshipping together, we share stories, kids and adults learn from the Bible and everyone has an opportunity to respond to God. This gatherings are hosted by our Little Churches and are great places to hear stories of what God is doing in and through us.
