Helping students find hope in Jesus and home in the local church is something that we believe is high on God’s agenda. With around 25 million students studying across Europe the task is both huge and urgent. However, if every local church committed to playing their part, together we will make a huge difference.

Church Twinning

This may be already happening for you in certain areas and places. However, we haven’t yet encountered twinning of church student ministries, but we believe it could be something that provokes more apostolic action and strengthens student mission. Fusion has teamed up with Greater Europe Mission (GEM) and is hoping to connect some dots that will lead to more church-based student mission and student workers in churches across Europe.

A step in this direction is to invite churches to ‘partnership weekends’ hosted by GEM. This could lead to some ‘church twinning’ or church planting. Please consider the partner weekends in Frankfurt and Athens.
