Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way!

Holidays are coming and the team is very excited about a Christmas of fun, laughs and food.

This Christmas is particularly fun for the Tearfund Youth and EmGen team, who have some new members of the group. For me, it has been an absolute privilege to be part of a team who firmly believe in the power of living differently, who engage with topics like mission, justice and generosity because they really do believe that change can happen.

A genuine hope and belief in change is what drives this group of people. They have a firm foundation of love for one another and love for the world that results in lives being lived differently, honestly, openly and with deep commitment to God’s people and planet.

This isn’t clean-cut or easy, in fact it’s the opposite. This wholehearted choice to love people is gritty, messy and often uncomfortable as it requires a sacrifice of self in favour of others’ needs and dreams.

We are excited about heading on an adventure together throughout 2012 and our hope is that you will be part of the family. We are passionate about committing to this journey alongside hundreds of activists all around the UK. Our hope for 2012 is that together, we embark on a year of deep commitment to loving people and a journey of building rhythms that result in changed lives all over the world.
