Student Alpha on Tour!

Alpha is a practical introduction to the Christian faith, aimed particularly at non-churchgoers and new Christians. Student Alpha has been tailored especially for university students – it’s a seven-week course that contains the same material as the Alpha course, except that it’s been ‘squeezed’ (into seven weeks), ‘squashed’ (into 30-minute talks) and ‘spiced’ (with multimedia ingredients).

Over the last 10 years Student Alpha has proven to be one of the most effective tools for university students and young adults to explore the Christian faith. The simple format has seen courses run everywhere from churches and halls to McDonalds restaurants.

But don’t take our word for it, let’s see what some others think…

"After running a Student Alpha course I think it's an amazing God-given tool to help me share the gospel with friends." Alex Lee, mechanical engineering student, University of Bath

"Go for it with Student Alpha & have a blast. It's so much fun." Bear Grylls, TV Adventurer

"As a result of Student Alpha we have been able to pray through different issues with some of the guests who came along ... A number have come to church as well." Harry Farleigh, Religions and theology student, Manchester University
