I like to pray out loud. It helps me to concentrate and formulate my thoughts. Some of my friends tell me they chat to God in their heads as they walk around town. We are all different.
Recently, on a walk to the bank I needed to talk to God about something and was finding it hard. I noticed that lots of people around me were talking on their phones. So I put my phone to my ear and began to pray. God and I spoke all the way to the bank and all the way back.
No one noticed!
