The time has come. You’ve finalised your UCAS application and written your ‘to buy’ list which includes stuff that you've never had to worry about before like pots and pans and doorstops. The realisation is slowly sinking in that you are going to university. What an adventure! Its full to the bring with possibility and opportunity. Now is the time to start getting ready. Now is the time to start thinking about church.
73% of Christian students don’t connect to a church when they get to university.
With Student Linkup, 92% of students find a church and stick with it at university.
Students starting university in September are already signing up to Student Linkup to find churches in their uni town. Student Linkup connects students to churches and churches to students. By downloading the app, students can view churches home pages in their area and view a map of how to get there. The app also allows churches and students to message one another to introduce themselves and get a feel for the individual churches.
If you know anyone going to uni, share this blog with them so they can find a church and be a part of the most important community at university- the local church.

‘Starting university can often be your first time away from family, which can be really daunting. Church becomes a family away from home. A place where you feel comfortable, where there are people that you can’t wait to spend time with and just having the joy of celebrating a mutual love of God together. Jasmine, student from Oxford.
Download the app- search ‘Student Linkup’ on iPhones or android.
