Stephen Foster

St Aldates Oxford

Stephen leads St Aldates in Oxford, a growing church with many young adults, students and families, which is seeing lots of people come to faith in Jesus. Stephen read law at Oxford and theology at Cambridge, and worked as a Barrister for a number of years. He is married to Beth, and they have four daughters. Stephen is also an advisor to Alpha.

Jodie Lintern

St Aldates Oxford

Jodie is the Student Outreach Pastor at St Aldates. She came to faith during university after spending her teenage years and early 20s playing football for Birmingham City FC. Passionate about helping students discover faith in Jesus, she pioneered the first Bridge the Gap Women’s football team —an outreach community for women aged 18-30.

Pastor Sola Irukwu

Jesus House London

Pastor Sola helps lead Jesus House London and oversees Global Hands, Jesus House’s response to injustice and poverty, and Esther’s - the women’s ministry of Jesus House. She is co-founder of the charity, Bright Futures For African Children, sits on the Board of Trustees for Compassion UK and is an Open Doors UK ambassador. Driven by a passion for the word of God, Sola is an ardent student of the Bible and teacher of the word.

Matt Lillicrap

UCCF

Matt heads up UCCF, supporting Christian Unions in Universities across Britain to make disciples of Jesus in the student world. He has been a medical doctor in Newcastle and a local church pastor in Cambridge. He is married to Anika and they have 6 children, aged 16 to 9, and one hyperactive dog, aged 4.

Els serves as the Student Worker at Open Heaven Church, Loughborough. She's very excited by the openness and curiosity of students at the moment and loves seeing them find truth and hope in Jesus!

Aben Mathew

Capstone Church London

Aben is an Associate Pastor at Capstone Church. He brings a deep passion for equipping believers in Spirit-led discipleship and intercultural mission. Raised in Saudi Arabia and having personally journeyed through Islam before encountering Christ, he offers unique insight into engaging with people from Muslim backgrounds. Aben is involved in church planting, counselling ministry, and evangelism training, and regularly speaks at conferences and student gatherings across the UK and Europe.

Candy Zhang

Chinese Overseas Christian Mission

Candy is a missionary with Chinese Overseas Christian Mission (COCM). Having participated in short-term mission trips from the USA to support COCM since 2009, she joined COCM as a full-time missionary in 2016. Her current ministries include coordinating the COCM Training Centre, supporting Mandarin student conferences, and pastoring Oasis London, a Mandarin-speaking church for students.

Jess Silikiwai

City Church Swansea

Jess is the Student & Young Adults Pastor at City Church Swansea. Originally from Nottingham, Jess now calls Wales home, after many years studying and serving in ministry overseas in the USA. She loves working with Students and is passionate about equipping them to live like Jesus in their everyday lives, particularly in the gift of prophecy which she sees as one of many important keys to thriving in university life as a believer, and in reaching the lost.

Luke Smith

National Team Leader, Fusion England & Wales

Luke has worked with students in church for 20 years. He loves helping churches figure out how to reach students. He leads the Fusion team to keep them sharp and focused as they serve the local church.

Mads Brown

Partnership Developer, Fusion

Since 2019 Mads has been reaching and discipling students locally in Lincoln; she is also part of the Fusion team and works with students and Churches nationally. Mads is a dynamic and engaging communicator with a heart for seeing students come to know Jesus during their time at University.

Aaron is passionate about equipping the local church to reach and raise the next generation to know Jesus, and in particular has a heart to invest in the South Asian churches in the UK.

Rich Wilson

Rich loves students and God’s church and has championed the important role of local churches in student mission for over 25 years. He wants to invite a generation to A Call Less Ordinary.

Roscoe Crawley

Partnership Team Leader, Fusion

Roscoe leads the Fusion Partnerships Team and is committed to seeing students' lives transformed by the hope of Jesus. Based in Bristol, he works with local Churches to help them disciple, mentor and equip students for mission.

Emma Pickersgill

Coaching Team Leader, Fusion

Emma leads the Fusion Coaching Team and is passionate about training, equipping and investing in student ministry for the sake of the Kingdom. She's excited to see students discover the transformative love of Jesus and step further into their calling.

Will Reavell

Partnership Developer, Fusion

Will’s personal experiences at university led him to know and encounter the Father’s heart in all its fullness. This love ignites his passion to resource the local church in reaching, discipling and empowering the next generation of students to share their hope and faith in Jesus. Revival come!

Louise Barclay Johnson

Student Mission Coach, Fusion

Louise has worked with students in the UK and Europe in churches and doing campus ministry. She then went on to train as a specialist coach. As part of the Coaching team, she loves seeing church leaders, student workers and students find mission tools, strategies and visions to welcome the student generation home to Jesus.

Rob Colwell

Partnership Developer, Fusion

Rob is passionate about students finding faith as he saw many come to know Jesus whilst at Loughborough University. His energy, charisma and faithful expectation bring a further evangelistic edge to the Partnership Team.

David Jennings

Student Mission Coach, Fusion

David believes we have a huge opportunity to share the good news and is excited to be part of what God’s doing among students. As a part of the Coaching Team, he will help in equipping and training churches, students and student workers, to go out and share the good news of Jesus effectively in their own contexts.
