applications for the leadership programme must be submitted between september and december each year. download the brouchure or apply online
care are looking for individuals who:
• have a degree, but the degree subject or class is not important
• are passionate, interested and engaged christians
• have a christian worldview – not necessarily fully developed or self-aware, but some idea of the distinctiveness of their worldview and the implications of this
• have an idea of a holistic faith that sees christian faith as integral to their vocation
• are willing to serve
• have a sense of vocation / passion for serving god in the public square
• have a proven track record of involvement and engagement – this does not necessarily need to be relevant to the area they are applying for, although this helps – it could be cu, su or church involvement
• are sympathetic to the care’s core values
