FUSION IS A STUDENT MISSION MOVEMENT. FUSION'S GROWTH IS FUELLED BY MANY KINGDOM MINDED INDIVIDUALS BEING INVITED TO PARTNER AND PARTICIPATE IN THIS VISION.
All Fusion team members raise their salary. They are responding to God's call and need a team around them who support, encourage and pray for them. This is not only good for that team member in confirming their calling to the role, it is also the momentum behind the movement and we believe it is also good for you. Will you be part of their team?

Having become a Christian just a year before starting university, I was absolutely bricking it about finding a church. How do you pick? I'd found the first one, aged 17, by accident. But after putting it off for weeks, God chased me down and brought me face to face with my new church leader twice in a week on campus. It was from there, that I went from a believer to a disciple of Jesus.
It was halfway through my first year that my student worker said "you're a little evangelist aren't you"?. And as a music student I scratched my head wondering if she misunderstood that I was an alto and not a tenor and had never sung the St John's Passion in my life (joke for classical music nerds). By my final year, I was all in to the student mission world, hands deep in washing up talking about Jesus, hosting meals for my coursemates, and doing my best (but often failing) to get my mates to come to church. But by the time I had graduated, I was still hungry for more.
Now 10 years after starting uni, having done student ministry in two countries, and been part of the student mission world from the church, campus ministry and university staff side, I can say I am so excited to be part of Fusion's coaching team. I would love to invite you to partner with me, so we can empower students and churches to be welcoming the student generation home to Jesus and in to their communities.
