Escape and Pray News: Day 3

The Story So Far...

Two more teams landed in Europe today ready to be used by God to bless the church and the city. Join us in praying for these cities;

  • Valencia, Spain

  • Utrecht, Netherlands

  • Belfast, Northern Ireland

Across Europe our teams have been getting involved with church services. This morning in Zagreb, our team worshipped with 1000 others including many students. Tonight they are joining  a group of charismatic Catholics for a night of prayer and worship.

Our team in Belfast joined a women's garden party with Redeemer Central. Within a minute of arrival, the team felt welcomed and were able to pray and encourage the church.

In Cologne, our team joined Vineyard Köln resulting in their first ever bilingual service. Our Eindhoven team also went to church with some friends they've met along the way. Teams have shared how amazing it is to be part of such a big church family.

Our hope is that wherever a student goes to study in the world there’s a local church family ready to welcome them. Check out Student Linkup.org.

We're loving hearing how our teams are being an unexpected blessing to the people they've met. The aim of Escape & Pray is to bless, build up and encourage the church across Europe.

Here are Sebastian's reflections on his time with our team in Toulouse; "these legends have truly inspired my life by showing me how to walk in the faith lane by taking risks that can impact the life of many. I will always be thankful about this weekend. Thank you for using imperfect people to accomplish your perfect plan".

We are thankful for the adventures Jesus has lined up for our teams in Europe and expectant for what He will do over the next eight days.

JOIN US IN PRAYING FOR

  • More God connections and appointments across Europe.

  • The four teams departing tomorrow, that they would know that Holy Spirit goes ahead of them on this adventure.
