Fusion train local church Student Workers in Student Ministry and Mission. We are passionate about seeing student ministry thrive in both pioneering creativity and in best practice and maturity. We also champion student workers through helping them discover calling, by strengthening pathways into student ministry, and by championing longevity in student ministry.

During this season we are continuing to support and equip student workers in their unique ministry roles. Our training is accessible for those starting from scratch through to those with years of experience.

Each of us, as student workers, are a part of a bigger team, across the UK and beyond, who get it, who are called to serve students and who are seeking God’s ways to do that. Huddles are an opportunity to connect regularly with other student workers to share the journey together.
