Has there been a time when staying connected has been more important?
“Now that same day two of them were going to a village called Emmaus,
about seven miles from Jerusalem. They were talking with each other
about everything that had happened...” Luke 24:13-14
As the disciples walked along the road to Emmaus (walking outside as a pair, how appropriate!) they were discussing the painful and difficult things they had experienced with Jesus’ death, the amazing things they could not deny he had done and the signs of hope they saw even now. As they walked together, Jesus drew close. As we walk through this season, staying in conversation with one another is more important than ever.
We have some opportunities coming up to connect with one another as student workers and with Fusion, the details of which are below. You'll need to register beforehand if you'd like to join us so do click through on the links below. Let’s talk, let’s pray, let’s learn and journey together because we are not on our own. We are part of a bigger movement, working towards God’s purposes with students in this season!

Thriving in Student Ministry
Tuesday 15th December | 10:30am - 12:00pm
Never has it been more clear the impact that our work environment and working patterns have on our motivation, vision, and wider work. Which personal, professional, and spiritual disciplines will serve us well at this time?
We are also encouraging student workers to consider whether joining a Huddle between now and the summer might be a good way to access support, sharpening and encouragement. See more here.
If you have any questions about any of these sessions please do get in touch with Pippa at pippa.elmes@fusionmovement.org
