All Fusion team members raise their salary. They are responding to God's call and need a team around them who support, encourage and pray for them. During my time at university I witnessed God move in incredible ways in the lives of students. I saw students who had no experience of church get baptised. I saw students who were sitting on the fence choose to give their all to serve Jesus and I saw students who had known Jesus for a long time choose to be bold in their faith and step out of their comfort zone.
Each one of these moments filled me with so much joy and excitement as I encountered the work of the kingdom being done on earth. But the story does not stop there. There are still so many students who have never heard about Jesus or ever been invited to church and we want that to change.
Fusion works to equip and encourage churches to invest in and raise up students. Whether that’s starting up student work for the first time or challenging student small groups to go deeper in discipleship, we want to see more students than ever before finding their hope in Jesus through the local church.
